Nirmolak Heera Punjabi Speaking Programme Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in joining the Nirmolak Heera Punjabi Membership.
Please read these terms carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between us. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Payment Terms
Payment can be made in full (£597 Standard) or via a 3-month payment plan.
Pay-in-full bonuses are only available if the full payment is completed at checkout.
If using the payment plan, all instalments must be completed. Non-payment may result in loss of access.
2. Course Access
Course access, including all replays, resources, and community spaces, is available for 12 months from the start date (29th May 2025).
Access is for the registered student only and cannot be shared.
3. Non-Transferability
Your membership is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital learning and downloadable resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once purchase is made.
5. Rescheduling & Changes
If a live session needs to be rescheduled by the instructor, participants will be informed with as much notice as possible.
All session replays will be provided in case of absence.
6. Bonuses
Pay-in-full bonuses (digital verbs book, membership access, physical flashcards) will be fulfilled after the course begins.
Physical bonuses are available to all regardless of region but postage and packaging is the members responsibility.
7. Community Guidelines
Kindness, encouragement, and respect are expected at all times within the community space and live sessions.
Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
8. Site Availability
While we strive to provide access to the site 24/7, there may be instances where access is interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. We will do our best to minimize any disruptions.
9. Use of the Site
When using the site and its content, you must comply with any directions or instructions provided on the site. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
10. Content Updates
We regularly update and add new content to the site. However, we cannot guarantee that specific content will always be available. Content may be updated, changed, or removed at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is the property of its respective authors, with Nirmolak Heera owning any content we contribute. Your membership grants you a revocable, non- exclusive license to use the content for personal, educational purposes only. Redistribution of content is prohibited.
You are permitted to download content to your personal devices, but your usage is subject to a fair use policy. This policy requires that your use of the site and its content is reasonable and for genuine educational purposes.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not:
Share your login credentials with others.
Use automated scripts to mass-download content.
Impersonate others or provide false information.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
Interfere with the operation of the site or violate applicable laws.
12. Intellectual Property
Rights We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect members to do the same. If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact us with the following details:
Your contact information.
A description of the alleged infringement.
A statement confirming your ownership of the intellectual property in question or authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
13. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal information you provide may be used for membership management, site services, and marketing activities. We may disclose personal information if required by law or government request.
14. Course Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your Speaking programme at our discretion if you are found to be in violation of these terms or any other site rules. We may also refuse Speaking programme based on previous violations.
13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription with a pro- rata refund if you do not accept the updated terms. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
